1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pujieo mobile application, website (www.pujieo.com), and related services (together, the “Platform”). By downloading, installing, registering on, or using Pujieo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About Pujieo
Pujieo is a live devotional platform that helps devotees and families (“Yajman”) discover and book verified Pandits, access Panchang and spiritual guidance features, and manage related puja service requests. Pujieo also enables Pandits to offer services through the Platform subject to verification and these Terms.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use booking or payment features.
- If you use Pujieo on behalf of a family or household, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
- You must provide accurate mobile number and profile details for account access and support.
4. Accounts and Access
- Accounts may be created for Yajman or Pandit roles using a registered mobile number and OTP verification.
- You are responsible for keeping your device and OTP secure and for all activity under your account.
- Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or create accounts with false details.
- You may request account deletion through the app or the Delete Account Request page on the website. Website requests are reviewed by admin and are not instant.
5. App Features and Availability
Pujieo may provide features such as Pandit discovery, booking requests, service communication, Panchang updates, guidance content, notifications, and support tools. Features, cities, languages, and availability may change as the Platform improves. Some features may be limited by location, verification status, or service type.
6. Bookings and Puja Services
- Booking requests submitted through Pujieo are requests to schedule a service with a Pandit. Confirmation may depend on Pandit acceptance, availability, location, and service details.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate ceremony details, address, preferred time, and any special requirements needed to perform the service.
- Pujieo facilitates connection and coordination. Ritual practices may vary by tradition, family custom, and Pandit guidance. Pujieo does not guarantee a specific religious outcome.
- Any samagri, venue, travel, or additional arrangements outside the confirmed booking scope are the responsibility of the parties involved unless clearly stated in the booking.
7. Payments, Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Applicable fees, taxes, travel charges, and payment methods will be shown in the app before you confirm a paid booking where payment features are enabled.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms may also apply to the payment transaction.
- Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the booking status, timing, Pandit policy, and the cancellation rules shown in the app at the time of booking.
- If a service cannot be completed due to incorrect details, unavailability at the location, or reasons outside Pujieo’s control, refund decisions will follow the policy shown for that booking and applicable law.
8. Pandit Terms
Pandits using Pujieo agree that they will:
- Provide true identity, experience, specialization, language, and service-area information.
- Complete verification checks required by Pujieo and keep profile details updated.
- Deliver accepted services professionally, respectfully, and as agreed with the devotee.
- Not misuse devotee data, solicit offline payments in violation of Platform rules, or misrepresent services.
- Comply with applicable laws, local customs, and Pujieo community standards.
Pujieo may suspend, reject, or remove Pandit access for verification failure, misconduct, repeated cancellations, fraud, or policy violations.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Post false reviews, spam, malware, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to Pujieo systems.
- Misuse support channels, OTP systems, or booking flows.
- Discriminate against or disrespect Pandits, devotees, or Pujieo team members.
10. Spiritual Guidance and Panchang Content
Panchang updates, muhurat suggestions, and spiritual guidance features are provided for general informational and devotional support. They are not a substitute for personal family tradition, priestly advice for your specific ceremony, medical advice, legal advice, or professional counseling. Always use your own judgment for important decisions.
11. Communications
By using Pujieo, you consent to receive service-related messages such as OTP, booking updates, reminders, and support replies through SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, email, or in-app alerts. You may manage marketing preferences where options are available in the app or by contacting support.
12. Intellectual Property
The Pujieo name, logo, app design, website design, content, software, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Pujieo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
13. Image and Brand Asset License
Pujieo logos, brand graphics, website images, screenshots, and related visual assets may not be copied, modified, redistributed, sold, or used for commercial or public purposes without written permission from Pujieo. To request permission, contact support@pujieo.com.
14. Third-Party Services
The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as maps, payment gateways, messaging providers, app stores, analytics, or hosting partners. Pujieo is not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our reasonable control, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
15. Suspension and Termination
Pujieo may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, failed verification, engaged in fraud, or misused the Platform. You may stop using Pujieo at any time and request account deletion as described above.
16. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pujieo does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every Pandit listing, booking, or guidance feature will meet every expectation. Ritual quality and ceremonial outcomes depend on many factors outside Pujieo’s sole control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pujieo and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or ceremonial outcomes arising from use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by you to Pujieo for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or as required by applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pujieo from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, inaccurate information you provide, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the Pujieo app or website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
